When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the contact and project information you provide. This may include your name, company, phone number, email address, project name, project location, material requirements, estimated quantity, required timeframe, message and uploaded BOQ, drawings or specifications.
How we use project information
We use this information to review and coordinate your enquiry, communicate with you, coordinate pricing and tender information, and work with the relevant specialist partner for your material category.
Specialist partners and service providers
Information relevant to your enquiry may be shared with the appropriate specialist partner so they can assess the project and prepare quotations, tenders or other project documents. Website hosting, file storage and email-notification providers process information only as needed to operate the enquiry service.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded project files are stored for enquiry review and coordination. Private access links may be included in the enquiry notification sent to DreamFrame. Please submit only information that you are authorised to share.
Storage and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information and limit access to people involved in reviewing and coordinating the enquiry. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the project enquiry, business records and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask a privacy question. Where appropriate and subject to legal or business-record requirements, you may also request deletion.
